This case comes to us on a petition to transfer filed by the state based upon a claim of error in the decision of the Court of Appeals, First District, in regard to the issue of the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain Cato's conviction. Steven Cato and Onice Fields were both convicted by a jury of second-degree burglary. The Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction of Fields but reversed Cato's conviction because...
