D.I. and Gertraud Knight appeal from an order of dismissal entered after summary judgment was granted in favor of the defendant, Seattle-First National Bank (Bank). The Knights sought an injunction of the sale of real estate to James Patrick, or alternatively a judgment for damages.

The Bank as mortgagee of the subject property (two lots near Glacier, Washington) on July 18, 1975, obtained a decree of foreclosure and judgment against plaintiffs...
