This is an appeal by Daniel Wayne Jacobs, defendant, from conviction by the circuit court of Rock Island County for the offenses of robbery and murder. A sentence of not less than 14 years nor more than 18 years in the penitentiary was imposed upon the conviction for the crime of murder.
