Friends of the Forum and their spokesman, Brett Smith, appeal from an order of the Hennepin County District Court allowing limited intervention and from an order approving the proposed settlement of the parties with regard to the fate of the old Forum Cafeteria, now "Scotties on Seventh." We do not decide what might have been. We can only conclude, on the record before us, that the efforts of those who sought to save this familiar Minneapolis landmark...
