These cases, which were tried together to a jury and consolidated for purposes of appeal, arose out of an automobile collision with a utility pole on Stratford Avenue in Bridgeport in which three persons were injured and one died as a result of injuries alleged to have been received in the accident. The plaintiffs in the first case are Jon Sumpter, Gerald Bush and Evelyn Nichols, the administratrix of the estate...
