This is a tort suit brought by Lana Himel Bourgoyne, individually and as natural tutrix of the minor Karl Kristopher Bourgoyne, for the wrongful death of her husband, Karl F. Bourgoyne. Defendants are the City of Baton Rouge, Howard Kidder and Donald Chaney.
