This is a suit for a declaratory judgment to ascertain the method of computation of premiums under a workmen's compensation and employer's liability insurance policy. The plaintiff, Mike Hooks, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Hooks", is the insured. The defendant, Argonaut-Southwest Insurance Company, is the insurer.
