MEMORANDUM OPINION

RALPH M. FREEMAN, District Judge.

Defendant is charged in a six count indictment handed down on July 17, 1979 with violating 18 U.S.C. sections 1703(a) and 1709. This matter is presently before the Court on two motions made by defendant.
