At a jury trial in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, appellant, Howard Tucker, was convicted of murder in the first degree, murder in the third degree and weapons offenses in connection with the stabbing deaths of Alphonso Salsbury and Dora Perkins. Appellant's post-trial motions were denied and he was sentenced to life imprisonment on the first degree murder conviction...
