Defendant Lloyd Lindsey (hereinafter "Lindsey") was found guilty of four counts of murder, one count of rape, one count of arson and one count of aggravated battery before one of two juries sitting simultaneously in the same courtroom. Co-defendants Willie Robinson (hereinafter "Robinson") and Eugene Ford (hereinafter "Ford"), whose trials were severed from Lindsey's, were acquitted...
