On June 1, 1977, pursuant to Minn.St. c. 278, they each filed a petition in the District Court of Goodhue County, alleging inter alia, that their property had been unfairly and unequally assessed and improperly classified in violation of Minn.St. 273.13, and that § 273.13 denied them equal protection...
