Petitioners in this case are taxpayers who each own or have an interest in real property in Goodhue County. On June 1, 1977, pursuant to Minn.St. c. 278, they each filed a petition in the District Court of Goodhue County, alleging inter alia, that their property had been unfairly and unequally assessed and improperly classified in violation of Minn.St. 273.13, and that § 273.13 denied them equal protection...
