This is an appeal from an order of the trial court, granting appellee a motion for summary judgment, denying appellant the same, and awarding appellee a judgment of possession. Possession was granted over an area in the lobby of a hotel owned and operated by appellee. The area was used by appellant as a gift shop, pursuant to an agreement. Appellant now argues that the agreement established a lease (and not a license) between itself and appellee...
