WEISBERGER, Justice.

The defendant was convicted in the Superior Court on two counts of robbery and one count of carrying a firearm while committing a crime of violence. A motion for a new trial was filed March 2, 1976, and denied March 15, 1976. On May 5, 1976, defendant was sentenced to serve 5 years at the Adult Correctional Institution.
