Wynn, Walker, Hutchins and Taylor were charged with conspiracy to transport and sell PCP, and with transportation and sale of PCP; Hutchins and Taylor alone were charged with possession for sale of PCP. On motion of Hutchins and Taylor pursuant to section 1538.5, Penal Code, the trial court ordered suppressed evidence recovered as a result of their arrest.
