This is a case involving foreclosure under an acceleration clause for failure to pay property taxes and to insure the property.

Weldon Heisser, appellee, purchased a piece of property from the heirs of Harold J. Frisard, Sr. on October 30, 1974. A mortgage on the property was given to the vendors in the agreement.
