This action by Robert Brezina began as one for specific performance on a contract for the sale of land. Defendants are the property owners, who will be referred to as the Hill heirs, and the real estate brokers with whom the property was listed, Grubaugh Bros. We sustained a judgment on the pleadings for the Hill heirs in the specific performance action. See Brezina v. Hill, 195 Neb. 481,
