This is an appeal from an order quashing an alternative writ of mandamus sought to compel the Milwaukee County Civil Service Commission1 to reinstate the petitioner to his classified civil service job. In quashing the writ, the trial court determined (1) that there was insufficient service of process, (2) that the Commission was not required to hold a hearing prior to accepting the petitioner's allegedly coerced resignation...
