This is an appeal in a suit for damages resulting from an alleged sexual assault upon the plaintiff-appellee by two persons.

The basic allegations are that on April 26, 1971, Clementine Applewhite, a black female, then 19 years old, was forced to engage in sexual acts against her will by Milton D. Crowe, then a Baton Rouge City Police officer, and Frank J. Still, Jr., a corrections officer employed...
