Appellant, landlord of appellee, sought the issuance of a distress warrant pursuant to Ga. L. 1975, p. 1514 (Code Ann. § 61-401 et seq.). Pursuant to Code Ann. § 61-402, appellant made an affidavit in the State Court of DeKalb County utilizing the form provided by that court stating that appellee was indebted to appellant in a specified sum "as rent."
