The County of Lake appeals from the decision of the trial court in an action for declaratory judgment wherein the trial court declared the present zoning of the subject property to be "arbitrary, unreasonable and unconstitutional insofar as it prevents the plaintiffs from developing the subject property for a limited industrial park * * *" and enjoined the enforcement of the zoning...
