Defendant was charged with and convicted by jury trial of first-degree criminal sexual conduct contrary to MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2).1 Defendant also pled guilty to an additional charge of being a habitual second felony offender, MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082, and was sentenced to two concurrent prison terms of 60 to 90 years.2 He now appeals as of right.
