Plaintiffs have filed this civil rights suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The case is presently before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for a temporary restraining order to enjoin defendant from enforcing the regulation of the Fair Board restricting plaintiffs' activities at the Tennessee State Fair to a booth or four feet therefrom.
