McCORMICK, Justice.

This appeal presents a jurisdictional problem and questions whether the evidence was sufficient for the jury to find that plaintiff was not a guest in defendant's automobile and that defendant was negligent. We hold that we have jurisdiction of the appeal, that the trial court erred in granting defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding a jury verdict for plaintiff, and that the court was correct in overruling defendant's alternative motion...
