Defendants, Staffco, Inc., an Arizona corporation, and Ardell Staffieri, appeal from an adverse judgment in favor of plaintiff, Maricopa Trading Company, in an unlawful detainer action. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 19(e), Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure, 17A A.R.S.
