OPINION

BEACH, J.

Appellant, who was charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of sale, moved to quash the search warrant and to suppress the evidence, contending that untimely return of the warrant invalidated the warrant. After denial of the motion by the trial court, appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere to the crime charged.
