Plaintiff Mrs. Ernest Flowers was involved in an automobile accident with defendant's insured on January 11, 1976. Mrs. Flowers was hospitalized as a result. During this time a U.S.F. & G. adjuster settled the property damage claim with Mr. Flowers, her husband and also a plaintiff. With the exception of a $175 bill from Dr. Landry, all of plaintiff's medical expenses also were paid by U.S.F. & G...
