The minor plaintiff was awarded $12,500 for damages sustained when he drove his motorcycle into a cable gate on a private driveway on defendants' farm. The jury found that he was injured by the "willful or wanton negligence of the defendants." The sole question presented is whether the court erred in failing to grant defendants' timely motions for directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
