Defendant-appellant Billy Irl Glover (hereafter appellant) appeals from a judgment of conviction for violation of Penal Code section 211 (robbery) following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence and a plea of guilty. Appellant attacks the trial court's ruling on his section 1538.5 motion, claiming that currency and coin seized from appellant's vehicle should have been suppressed...
