Following trial of an action seeking specific performance of an agreement for the purchase and sale of land, a justice of the Superior Court entered judgment for the plaintiff and ordered:

That within Thirty (30) days from the date of the entry of this judgment, the Plaintiff and Defendant shall perform all of the obligations incumbent upon them pursuant to the Offer and Acceptance Agreement dated May 18, 1977, and in all regards the sale...
