Defendant was convicted in a trial by jury of Theft of Movable Property, Theft by Deception, Criminal Conspiracy and Receiving Stolen Property. Post verdict motions were denied and she was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than four months nor more than five years, a fine and costs and directed to make restitution.
