In a negligence action arising out of a "slip and fall" on the icy sidewalk of a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise store, plaintiff, Eunice Adee, appeals from an adverse judgment and from an order denying her alternative motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
