OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, October 11, 1979:

RCA Corporation (RCA) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying RCA's petition to modify benefits payable to Frank Illuzzi (claimant). We affirm.
