Garnishee defendant appeals by right from a September 13, 1978, judgment of the Oakland County Circuit Court ordering it to pay to the plaintiffs one and one-quarter (1-1/4) times the balance owed plaintiffs under a previous judgment plaintiffs obtained against the principal defendants. The principal defendants have not filed a brief in this cause.
