This is an interlocutory appeal by the State, pursuant to K.S.A. 1978 Supp. 22-3603, from an order suppressing evidence.

The defendant, O.B. Bohannon, Jr., was charged with one count of burglary (K.S.A. 21-3715) and one count of theft (K.S.A. 21-3701[a]). The charges arose out of a burglary of the residence of Eddie Taylor in which a number of pieces of citizens band (CB) radio equipment were stolen. Taylor was of the opinion his equipment...
