A jury found appellant Vance guilty of three counts of armed robbery (D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202) and four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-502). He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of five to fifteen years on each of the armed robbery counts and one to three years on each of the counts of assault with a dangerous weapon — all to run...
