Plaintiff Insurance Agencies Co. appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Ivan and Addie Weaver. Plaintiff claimed the Weavers had breached a real estate listing agreement by not paying it a broker's commission after the Weavers sold their property through another broker.
