The sole issue presented on this appeal is whether appellant was entitled to dismissal of the complaint against him for violation of his rights under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD) adopted by the legislature as Chapter 150 of the 1972 Session Laws and codified as SDCL Chapter 23-24A.
