John D. Randall, the respondent attorney, was charged in a two-count complaint with unprofessional conduct. One count arose from Randall's status as both draftsman and sole beneficiary of a client's will. The other count primarily concerned Randall's representation of the same client in litigation in which there was a conflict between the client's and Randall's interests.
