Upon the motion of Leo K. Thorsness (Thorsness) we issued a writ of certiorari for the purpose of reviewing matters concerning the election of Thomas Daschle (Daschle) to the United States Congress. The writ reserved Daschle's right to question the jurisdiction of this court over the matter.
