These are two consolidated petitions for relief from assessment of taxes for the years 1975 and 1976, respectively, wherein the petitioner, Fernandes Realty Corporation, appeals from judgments of the Superior Court reducing the assessed valuation of its real estate in the city of Woonsocket.
