This is a suit for injunctive relief. Plaintiff, Percy David, seeks an injunction prohibiting the operation of a pump by defendant, Dixie Rice Agricultural Corporation (Dixie), which allegedly renders more burdensome the natural servitude of drain which Dixie enjoys through plaintiff's property.
