This case involves two partnership agreements between two brothers, involving a printing company and a grocery store. One of the brothers died in September of 1968, thus ending the co-partnerships. The survivor of the brothers, plaintiff herein, tendered $59,665.20, the proceeds from life insurance policies taken out by plaintiff on the life of defendant's decedent.
