In this case, we are called upon to determine whether the trial court abused its discretion in revoking appellant's probation one year after he had been committed by another judge of the Superior Court under Title II of the Narcotic Addicts Rehabilitation Act of 1966, codified as amended at 18 U.S.C. §§ 4251-4255 (1976) (NARA), for two misdemeanors committed while on probation.
