The defendant was tried and found guilty on an indictment charging him with unnatural sexual intercourse with a child under sixteen, and compelling said child to submit by force or threat of bodily injury, in violation of G.L.c. 265, § 22A. He appeals pursuant to G.L.c. 278, §§ 33A-33G.
