The Sergeant Bluff-Luton Education Association and teachers Lorraine Stodden and Lois Moore appeal from an equity decree of the district court refusing to enforce an arbitrator's ruling which had ordered the district to advance these individual teachers on the salary schedule incorporated in a collective bargaining contract.
