Stone, was charged by information in Counts I and II with kidnapping with intent to hold and detain as a shield or hostage in violation of A.R.S. § 13-492, and in Counts III and IV with robbery while armed with a gun in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-641 and 13-643(B).
