Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages arising from her purchase of securities from the defendants. Her complaint contains three causes of action based upon (1) a violation of the Securities Act of Washington, RCW 21.20; (2) a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86; and as an alternative to the foregoing causes of action (3) a claim against defendant Kirkingburg alleging that by fraud and misrepresentation he had breached his fiduciary...
