CERCONE, President Judge:

A jury in Philadelphia County found appellant guilty of, inter alia, robbery,1 aggravated assault,2 and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon3 concerning two incidents that occurred on the morning of August 8, 1975. Appellant's lengthy pretrial motions were denied. This appeal followed. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
