Per Curiam:

This malpractice action was brought by the plaintiff, Dewey E. Campbell, against his physician and surgeon, Dr. Robert G. Berwind, alleging that he lost one kidney as a result of the negligent surgery performed by the defendant. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff has appealed, alleging errors in the admission of evidence. We reverse.
