On October 27, 1976, appellant was found guilty, by a jury, of one count of simple assault, one count of recklessly endangering and one count of possessing an instrument of crime generally. Post verdict motions were filed and denied with the exception that a Motion in Arrest of Judgment was granted as to the Possession of an Instrument of Crime conviction.
